Empire Hookah Lounge: Experience Exceptional Hookah in Phoenix, AZ

Perfect atmosphere for nice relaxed hookah session. I was looking for eternal smoke lime lit and was surprised to find it in a lounge. I have had to order it online for the past couple years when I’m at home. Kaylee greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was happy to have my hookah in front of me(with coals) in under five minutes of being in the building! It was relatively empty, but nonetheless impressive. Price is very reasonable and it looks like they have a good selection of brands/flavors. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

My first time at a hookah lounge. Five of us went for my bf's birthday. The girl at the counter was helpful as hell in regards to flavors, pricing, etc. Since this was a first time for most of us. I didn't partake in the festivities because I was getting over bronchitis but everyone else LOVED it and my BF went back again.

I absolutely loved Empire Hookah! It has the best chill ambience to relax and enjoy a weekend. Service was exceptional with consistent check-ins and help choosing a flavor. This was my first time here and it is by far my favorite lounge in Phoenix!

This place is just the most unbelievably perfect spot. The employees are incredible and treat you like family, Kaylee remembers everyone’s names and their regular orders and the hookahs are always clean with a ton of flavors to choose from. The music is a vibe, there’s tv’s you can watch stuff on, wifi, clean bathrooms, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Parking is never an issue either.

Kaylee was so welcoming and friendly! The prices were incredibly affordable and the atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. I plan to come back if I’m ever in Phoenix again!

Visited from Houston, TX for my B-Day weekend. Gabriel and his staff was amazing. The atmosphere was a vibe of its own. Didn’t know what flavors I wanted to try, but Kaylee mixed up some incredible blends that were amazing. Definitely going to visit again! 5 ⭐

This is by far the BEST place to come and get your hookah fix. There are different price points for the brands but it doesn’t disappoint. It is very reasonable. They have a wide variety of flavors. Tangiers, Fumari, Starbuzz, Alfaher and other brands of shisha. No matter what I’m in the mood for they have a mix. The atmosphere here is so relaxing and inviting. The employees here are so friendly and on top of it. They make their rounds and check up on everyone to make sure they are having a great experience. They have WiFi for the customers if they want to study/work. They provide TVs so you can bring your game consoles so you can play while you smoke. As a gamer I love it. I have even witnessed them have a bowl ready for a regular customer BEFORE THEY PASS THROUGH THE DOOR!!! If that doesn’t scream great customer service I don’t know what does. I can’t say enough great thing about Empire Hookah Lounge. You guys are doing it right. Keep doing what you’re doing. I will continue to come here and recommend this place to everyone.
